Hi, my name is Grace Minder, Broker of Grace Minder Realty, Inc. I was born and raised in Fairbanks. I am happily married and have two twin daughters and a son who are now adults. I love being involved in the Fairbanks community and I serve on the MLS committee. In my free time, I love to travel, downhill ski, place tennis, pickleball and golf.
I am very proud to be a Broker in Fairbanks. I know the industry well and have many connections. I believe education is important. I am a UAF Alumni and graduated with Cum Laude.
I have earned my CRS & GRI & ABR designations. I am a carpenter’s daughter and have been around building all my life. I have investments of my own and know how to get the best bang for your buck. I have been a banker, an escrow officer, and a Realtor. I have great compassion for people. I understand the loan programs and the market. I work hard, have great integrity, I am honest and enthusiastic.
